Welcome — I’m Genavieve, a Senior Learning Designer partnering remotely with global teams to turn complex concepts into clear, structured, and accessible digital education.

With over two decades of experience across Higher Education, Local Government, and corporate learning, I design high‑impact online learning that supports real‑world skill development and aligns with organisational goals. From my remote studio, I build learner‑centred curriculum grounded in the ADDIE framework, ensuring every project moves through a disciplined cycle of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

By merging instructional design, media production, and UX‑led innovation, I create practical e‑learning solutions that empower learners and give organisations measurable growth. I’ve also expanded into Generative AI, using it for accelerated drafting, workflow translation, accessibility refinement, and AI‑generated video content that speeds up prototyping and strengthens multimedia clarity.
